Privacy Policy

Fambly helps families and friends run shared tournament scoreboards. Family members can join a tournament from their own device using an invite code.
The app stores tournament names, player display names, game names, fixtures, scores, standings, and result history.
When you use the app, this data is synced through Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) so that everyone who joined a tournament sees the same live scoreboard. Each account is identified by an anonymous ID created on your device, or — if you choose Sign in with Apple — by your Apple account identifier and the name you share.
Fambly does not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing activity, or advertising identifiers. It does not show ads, does not track you across apps, and does not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Tournament data is hosted on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), acting as a data processor. Google's processing is governed by the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms.
Tournaments are private to their members. Joining requires an invite code shared by the organizer. Only the organizer can enter official results, change events, or delete the tournament.
Fambly is intended for family use. It does not require an account (guests use an anonymous session), and it does not ask children for contact details, location, or other personal information beyond a display name chosen by the family.
Organizers can delete a tournament inside the app, which removes it and its results for all members. Deleting the app removes local data from your device; tournaments you organized remain available to members until you delete them in the app. You can delete your sign-in account at any time from the Profile screen in the app (Profile > Delete Account); this removes your account and revokes your Sign in with Apple authorization.
